This mobile application allows are customers to have easy access to their assigned site engineer(s) while out of the office. It also gives our customers the ability to open helpdesk tickets when out of the office directly from the app. Finally, our push notification feature allows us to communicate proactively with our customers re: upcoming appointments or alerts.
